Step one: As a new patient to Care Chiropractic you will be warmly welcomed by our receptionist. She will provide you with the forms to complete your personal health history. The doctor will use information in your health history to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. Step two: A one-on-one consultation with the doctor will be done to discuss your health problems, concerns, and to determine what may be the cause. Step three: A comprehensive examination will be done, including orthopedic, range of motion, neurologic, palpation and x-rays (if necessary) to determine the precise cause of your condition. You will remained fully clothed or gowned during all procedures. A radiologist will review all x-rays and other special tests and report to the doctor. Step four: The doctor will advise you if other laboratory tests or imaging studies are needed. Step five: The doctor will study the results of your health history, examination and x-rays and prepare a treatment plan specifically tailored to your unique needs and desires. Usually this will require one to two days to complete.
Step six: You will be given a Report of Findings at which time the cause of your condition will be discussed. It includes a thorough explanation of the doctors findings, treatment recommendations, and what results may be obtained from care. You will also be advised concerning how our office procedures work. If you are accepted as a patient, care will begin on this visit.
Step seven: An estimate of future care that is needed will be given and upon your acceptance, care will continue until the personal maximum correction of your condition is obtained.
